Health, Safety, and Environment Technicians perform laboratory and field tests to monitor the environment. An important part of their job is to coordinate existing health and safety programs for the plant. They also ensure compliance with safety and work environment laws, regulations and standards both inside and outside of the plant. These technicians help to ensure good working conditions for their coworkers.
